Try mocha-latte flavored whey protein for a delicious taste that rivals your favorite sugary coffee drink, but with the added benefit of leaving you energized and ready to conquer the day.


Ingredients

  • Grass-Fed Whey Protein Isolate, chocalate or mocha flavor

  • 7oz 2% Greek yogurt

  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened milk (or water)

  • 1/3 cup coffee (for dipping)

  • 4 low-sugar biscuits or crackers

  • 1 heaping tablespoon cacao powder, for dusting garnish


Step 1: In a mixing bowl, blend whey protein powder, yogurt, and milk (or water) until smooth.

Step 2: Pour coffee into a small bowl and dip 3 crackers or biscuits for about 10–15 seconds, just long enough to absorb the flavor without making them soggy or overly soft.

Step 3: Assemble the parfait in a jar or bowl. Start by placing 2 biscuits at the bottom, then layer with half of the protein yogurt mixture. Add another biscuit, and finish with the remaining yogurt mixture on top.

Step 4: Crush the final biscuit and sprinkle it on top along with some cacao powder. Enjoy immediately!
