Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Season the sirloin steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Drizzle each steak with a bit of olive oil and rub to coat evenly.

  3. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

  4. While the steaks are resting, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the trimmed asparagus to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the asparagus from the skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes, or until the mushrooms are golden brown and tender.

  6. Add the butter to the skillet and stir until melted. Return the asparagus to the skillet and toss to coat in the buttery mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and chopped parsley. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  7. Serve the grilled sirloin steaks with the sauteed mushrooms and asparagus. Garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.

Enjoy your delicious Grilled Sirloin with Sauteed Mushrooms and Asparagus for a gourmet meal that's sure to impress!
